I doubt it, I think he will finish 2nd, 3rd at the very least. I don't think he will win it, but I think he has been the best pitcher in the year. After seeing him actually pitch the 2nd half of the year you can see how dominating he was. He was 7-6 to start but alot of close games and blwon games happened then. I just think its another Johan year, Lincecum will get his. If Webb would not have screwed himself in the end with 4 straight bad starts the convo would be easy and Webb would easily get it.
