Shaq to the Lakers

Looks like Shaq has 2nd thoughts about leaving the Lakers. Not a surprise now that his career is almost over and the Lakers are at the top of the league.

Do you think it woudl be godo to sign him to a 2-3 year dela and bring him off the bench for 20 minutes a game?

I agree you need a good big man, good thing he has 2 of them on his team already.

Shaq specifically stated that he wants to play with Kobe. He blamed all the issues on Phil Jackson.

Oh man, Lakers are doing to good to bring any type of drama there right now. I don't think it's a good thing, Shaq's ego is too much now days. He's nothing like he used to be but yet he thinks he's the best out there.
I say no!

Very true, he was slipping at the end of the years with the Lakers. If he wasn't he would still be a Laker. He still needs to lose some weight, if he lost 25-30 lbs that would be great for him.

I agree with Adam here. As long as Kobe is there, Shaq will not be.

yeah, who are the 2? I see great potential in bynum, but gasol doesn't really count does he? He only posts up against smaller PF's.

Currently in this league they are great big men. Not alot of good post up guys that aren't on the decline. Including Shaq.

Currently I would rather have Bynum then Shaq.
10 points a game, 9 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 blocks on a team full of weapons and only playing 30 minutes per game. Those stats are very close to Shaq with Shaq scoring a little more and Bynum gettnig more rebounds and blocks. That is with Bynum being on a team full of good players with one if not the best benches in the league and sharing minutes with 2 all-stars.
