Doesn't really grab me as a collector. Seems a little lame on Topps end. They should take some of that money and sign some flashier draft picks. They've missed the last 3 ROYs.

Seems like gambling to me as well. Anyone ever heard of pull tabs? Buy one for $1, rip it and it shows you how much you win.
