10 - Sadly, I think Bassy is as good as he's going to be in the NBA. I really like him as a player but I think his game is better suited for the And1 team.

9 - Wright has a good chance of being a solid NBA big man. He fits the mold of the athletic big men that are becoming the standard in the league, and it doesn't hurt that he actually has decent range on his shot.

8 - I think Thaddeus is going to make the biggest improvement from anyone on your list. The kid has IT.

7 - I don't see Farmar improving tremendously. I really think he's going to be a career role player, although a very good one.

6 - Big Al is right behind Thaddeus Young on this list for me. Their games are pretty similar. Al put up some big games as a rookie last season.

5 - I don't think Noah should be on this list at all. I think he is supremely overrated by a lot of people. On top of having absolutely zero offensive skills, he isn't all there upstairs and has pretty poor judgement.

4 - I think Rondo is the definition of being a product of the players around him. Put him on a team like Minnesota and he would've looked like Telfair last year. His jumper is inconsistent as hell. I will say that he's got heart and is pretty good at drawing fouls in the lane.

3 - I think Marvin will be a solid 12-15 point a game guy for most of his career. He'll always be looked at as a bust though because Atlanta picked him so high in the draft. Can't blame him for that though.

2 - I think Devin Harris isn't going to get much better but he will perform at a similar level to how he did last season. He's been in the league for four seasons now and hasn't really shown that he's a top-level PG. He's started over half the games he's played thus far in his career and averages less than 4 assists per game. I think he's close to peaking as a PG.

1 - I'm really on the fence about Stuckey. I think he's a good young player but I think people were too quick to jump on the bandwagon and try to push Billups out at PG last season. Stuckey isn't a true PG by any means. He had a decent playoff run, and I stress decent. The way he was being hyped, you would've thought the guy was putting up 20 a game. His shot is NOT GOOD. He barely shot 40% from the field, and was HORRIBLE from behind the 3-point line, during the regular season and shot even worse from the field in the playoffs.

I am also wondering about Adam Morrison.

He showed promise in his rookie year even if he was inconsistent.
Will be interesting to see how he bounces back from his injury.

I wonder how a guy can rip on players like Stuckey when the guy he has in his signature is a total scrub honestly. Is he even in the league anymore because of his crimes he commits??? This is a thread on who he thinks is going to improve this coming year. I am with him on Noah being overrated as a offensive player but a dang good defensive player he COULD be. You have to remember though with Stuckey, he came back from a broken hand so that takes a little time to heal and will throw your game off some until it is 100%. I think he is a great combo guard but just has to get used to the PG role he was drafted to play soon. Did you ever figure if you doubled the minutes he played like a normal starting guard it would figure out to be 15.2 points, 5.6 assists, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.75 steals a game at 38 minutes a game??? It is not all about making shots, it is about making plays and making the players around you better and he did that more than not in the time he did play. Stuckey is not a big 3 point threat coming out of college. Did you see the fact that he only shot 16 (3) pointers this whole last season??? You also I'm sure they will be working with him on these things he needed to improve on after the season was done. Look for him to come back this year and split minutes with Billups more this year and make a impact. Billups could be gone by the trade deadline or sooner.

It's not all about making shots. You are correct. Well let's look at Stuckey's assist to turnover ratio. Just for fun we'll project over 38 minutes. 2:1 ratio, NOT IMPRESSIVE. For a full 38 minutes, your boy is going to manage to make plays for his teammates a grand total of 5-6 times? Woohoo, ring the alarm, we've got a star on our hands While we're playing this fun game here, Shawne Williams averages 17.1 points, 6.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 1 steal, and 1 block, PER 38 MINUTES. By your system, my scrub is better than yours. Oh, and as for "all the crimes he's committed", the only thing Williams has ever been arrested for is the EXACT thing Joakim Noah was charged with, possession of marijuana. Get your facts straight before you try to come at me with your BS. Stop being a fanboy, and get real. Chauncey Billups will still be the starter in Detroit at the end of 09. If by some chance Detroit does trade him and plug Stuckey in at PG, they will be a worse team for it.
