** New Policy On Incoming Cards **
We at Sports Card Freaks have implemented a new rule that goes into effect immediately. The trading or selling of any card that is incoming will no longer be allowed. If we find the card is not in hand the thread will be closed immediately. Its not fair to other people who are trying to make a trade and come to find out the card isn't even in hand. Lots of things can happen, mail stolen, bad trader whatever the case please wait until it is in hand Thanks

I'm new to the board and to the online scene in general but I don't see why anyone would make a trade like this anyway. Why agree to a trade with a person and they don't even have the card? Great policy!
