Browns - Browns' GM not giving up on season (AP)

BEREA, Ohio (AP)—Browns general manager Phil Savage could have taken the easy way out and done something radical after Cleveland’s disappointing 0-3 start.

He could have fired coach Romeo Crennel and/or dismissed the rest of Cleveland’s staff. He could have traded embattled starting quarterback Derek Anderson. He could have quit.

Sounds like the problem lies with Mr. Savage. You should have fired Crennell already and/or benched Andersen. Enough with the excuses the season is probably over at this point. Start Quinn already and let's start winning some games.

I agree they did loose to tough teams. My problem is that they did not even look good doing it. Don't get me wrong I'm a Browns fan to the end. I'm just asking that you make us proud. Always go with your best.

I don't think Brady Quinn is the answer to there problems! It's the team in general and a hurt Braylon Edwards and so on....

Bake u r prob right but they have got to strat making changes somewhere. With Andersen QB rating I'd say he's first to be taken out. He just doesn't look good at all. Give Brady a chance he can't do any worse and heck we might even win a real game. LOL

I am a Browns fan since 1957. Seen hard times and good times. This coach is the worst I have ever seen. He stays with Anderson longer than I stayed with first wife.

Why all the hate on Anderson, yeah I'd agree he looks bad this season but he is a decent QB overall, I don't think throwing Quinn to the wolves is going to help any.
