** New Policy On Incoming Cards **

We at Sports Card Freaks have implemented a new rule that goes into effect immediately. The trading or selling of any card that is incoming will no longer be allowed. If we find the card is not in hand the thread will be closed immediately. Its not fair to other people who are trying to make a trade and come to find out the card isn't even in hand. Lots of things can happen, mail stolen, bad trader whatever the case please wait until it is in hand Thanks

This has been the policy not only for this site but every other trading forum around for a long time. Apparently there are still people that think they can trade cards that they don't have in-hand and forum moderators that have been looking the other way or not paying enough attention.............glad you brought it to the forefront as a reminder.
