improve everying lol - it is hard starting out and you'll look back one day and be like what the heck was i thinking. each one you make is better. you'll be really good before ya know it...

Yeah its not bad.

Its true, keep making the Banners and you will look back at your first Banners and see things that you could have done to make it better.

I still have a couple of my first banners (they are not cool LOL).

One thing I would suggest fixing.

I don't know if the Opacity of the text is lowered, or if the picture of Lebron is in the front with a low opacity but the Text should be solid (just my opinion).

If you don't want the text to look so bold, once you have it typed go to Layer (Layer Style) and then do Gradient Overlay (this might be tricky to figure out, it took me a little while LOL).

Other than that it looks good.

Maybe for the pictures, instead of using the same size you should make the picture in the back bigger. (might look cooler).

Keep up the good work, you will surely improve with each Banner you make..

Ok thanks all of you! you two are excellent banner makers and thanks for helping me! Yeah, I looked back at my banner of Maurice Stovall and I was like.....omg that *****!! lol and that was only a few days ago!
