i like it...the black and white effect fits well. can you tell me how to make a double border like that?

for the border just make a new layer over everything and select that layer. then go to edit stroke. 3 px black and then edit stroke 2 px white and then edit stroke 1 px black

and which part of the text?

just free transform it and set it in teh position you want and lower the opacity
