Reacting to the growing demand for, and speculation surrounding, the Rookie Redemptions found in 2006-07 UD Artifacts, Upper Deck officials have confirmed the identities of several of the rookies that will be available to holders of these cards.

Don Williams, UD's PR consigliore, says the complete checklist has not yet been finalized due to the fact that several teams have not yet had a rookie skate.

"At this point, 10 teams have not had rookies skate, so their redeemed players remain listed as TBD. This also applies to the last nine Wild Cards."

Williams says the early release of this partial information was executed to "help collectors assign value to them and create buzz for the redemption cards." Williams says there's no timetable for announcing the players to be awarded for the remaining cards. "We have no way of knowing when the TBD teams will call up rookies to skate," he says. "We're [hoping] it will be by early 2007."

Here's your first look at the confirmed list. Please note that the redeemed rookies have been renumbered by UD to fit at the end of the set. You can identify who you'll be getting by the team affiliation, which appears on the card you pulled, and is listed after the player's name:
