2008 Daytona 500

Is only 47 days away!!! Can't wait!!! So who do you think will win this year's Daytona 500? I'm gonna make a couple picks, and we'll see how I make out. First off, I like several driver's to win the race. I'm unsure as to which Hendrick's car to go with, but if I had to choose one, I'm gonna go with Jeff Gordon. I have a feeling all of these Hendrick's guys will be a factor this year, but it may come down to lady luck, and avoiding "the big one." I would not at all be surprised to see Dale Jr, run real strong in his Hendrick's debut, and maybe even contend for the race. My second choice is gonna be Kurt Busch. He ran real strong last year at Daytona, and actually lead the most laps before an incident left him many laps behind. Finally, I have to go with one of my favorites Tony "Smoke" Stewart. I hope he can be patient enough to stay out of trouble until it's time "to go." If he can do that, then look for Stewart to challenge for the victory. Being patient is not one of Tony's strong suits, so he also may finish 43rd. LOL!! My pick to win the pole is gonna be the 38 car, with the 2 car on the outside! Let's hear your predictions!!

I think Ryan Newman will win the Daytona 500! WOW AM I GOOD! Who saw that coming. We need to get some fire under this Nascar section...... I'll contact some friends and try to get some people in here.....
