Upset Saturday

I don't even know what to say. Plenty of upsets and very close games.

First off... Virginia Tech, who recently knocked off Duke, in Cameron Indoor Stadium, just beat North Carolina by 6. This ended UNC's 12 game winning streak, and Virginia Tech is on a roll.

Ohio St. barely escaped Tennessee, winning by two points, and giving them their first top-25 win for the season. The Buckeyes are now 1-3 against ranked opponents.

Undefeated Clemson who was 17-0 lost to Maryland today. It had to happen sometime since there was no way Clemson could keep this up. So there are no undefeated teams left.

In other games, Kansas barely beat Iowa St by four in overtime. UCLA beat USC by one in a very tight game, after Afflalo hit a game winner. Syracuse blew out Villanova, and Marquette did the same with West Virginia. Florida beat South Carolina by 34 points, the game was never close.

Butler, Wisconsin, Air Force and LSU all had very close games but managed to barely come away with wins.

The California-Washington game is currently in overtime as we speak.

Who's Hot:
Texas A&M- 7 consecutive victories, and although they had losses to LSU and UCLA earlier in the season, they were for a combined total of 5 points.
Virginia Tech- 2 wins against national powerhouses. A win at Duke and now beating UNC...

Who's Not:
Duke- 0-2 this week?? They lost to Virginia Tech and Georgia Tech... that's gonna hurt their ranking.
Georgetown- Horrible guard-play is really hurting this team. They have some dominant big men, but you can win games without a well balanced team.
