Toughest Conference - Mens CBBALL

Im going to say Pac-10. UCLA, Zona, Oregon are all really tough teams, as are Washington, Washington St. and USC.

The ACC is also a tough contest w/ Duke, UNC, Boston College, Clemson, and Virginia Tech.

BTW, talking strictly how teams are this year.

I know the Big East has been very down this year... Pitt is the only like decent team. Louisville just isn't there... UConn lost so many guys, Marquette is decent, Seton Hall and St Johns are on the rise, Georgetown was way overrated... they have to good guard play. Providence actually isnt that bad, Syracuse needs to find their game, Notre Dame has been on and off and West Virginia has been shaky.

Either the Big East really underachieved so far this year, or they were just completely overrated at the beginning of the season.

The Big Ten, Big 12, and SEC are all decent teams, but as of now the Pac-10 has been really impressive. So many elite teams that have a chance at making a nice tourney run... Arizona, UCLA, Oregon, Washington St, USC...

I think they just overrated Big East this year , but you cant deny most years there up there . They lost alot of talent last year so this year alot of youth among the league . Should be interesting how league play fills out so many question marks .

This is ridiculous talk.

Who cares who has the hardest conference! IF you can't get to the dance AND THEN DANCE, it all doesn't matter.

Look at GMason. Gonzaga. Was the SEC THAT difficult last year for Florida to win the title? Learn from MU's run in 2003: If you have a strong team and string together some good wins, you'll go far. They lost to a stronger KU team who eventually lost to a freakish Syracuse team. Conference difficulty never enters the discussion past the Final Four.

All i asked was what conference had the best teams? I said nothing about who has to play in the hardest conference and what it has to do with the tourny, all i said was what is the best conference?
