!!! What to do IF you need to DISPUTE a TRADE !!!

BEFORE DISPUTING A TRANSACTION
ASK YOURSELF THESE QUESTIONS

Did you set up your transaction in the TRADE MANAGER?
If your trade is not listed in TRADE MANAGER you are trading at YOUR OWN RISK, and the TRADE DISPUTE TEAM will be unable to assist with your transaction.

Has it been OVER 30 days (for Domestic Transactions) since you entered the deal in TRADE MANAGER?
DOMESTIC TRADE disputes MUST be filled within 30 days of the transaction being posted in TRADE MANAGER.

OR

has it been OVER 45 days (for International Transactions)since your entered the deal in to TRADE MANAGER?
INTERNATIONAL TRADE disputes MUST be filled within 45 days of the transaction being posted in TRADE MANAGER.



CREATING A DISPUTE

In the event of a transaction fails, in which someone does not receive items or items are damaged, the transaction must be disputed via the TRADE MANAGER. To do this simply follow these EASY steps

1. Click on TRADE MANAGER in the top center of your screen.

2. Scroll down and find the transaction that you are disputing and click on INFO

3. Click on CREATE A DISPUTE

Your dispute will then be open and the Dispute Moderators will look into your case ASAP (within 1-2 days) You will receive a PM from a Dispute Moderator asking for your end of the story. (The other party will receive a similar PM)

4. Simply tell us what happend and we will happily help with you with your issue.
