Thats usually what to do I believe. Sometimes if the player is really nice, they will include something else, but usually you have to mail what you want signed.

Along with the item you'd like signed, I would also include a nice letter to the athlete.

yeah i write them a letter along w/ a card or whatever and a sase

ironripken8 covered it all. don't make the letter too long because they don't have forever to read it.

Yes, I also suggest sending cheap things the first time, then if htey sign, send more expensive things. That way you keep your losses down. Also make sure that you include a sase for them to return the items in.

I do ttms all the time.......

First you must have a letter that states that your a big fan and you know a lot about the player. Name some stats and say it would be an honor to have an autograph of a great player like yourself. Then you tell what they should sign and how.

You should include another envelope with your address on it with a stamp so all they haveto do is put it in their mailbox.

An SASE is a return envelope with your address and a stamp already on it....Thats what an SASE is.
